The Founder-Director of the Home is Dr. G. J. Maria Goretti Flora (50), who has dedicated her whole life to serve and empower the tribal girl children. Her presence, availability, special care, and intimate relationship with the children are a special gift to the Home and its inmates. She motivated and empower the tribal children. Dr. Maria serves the children with deep knowledge that she has gathered through her three Master’s Degrees in Social Work, Management, and Christian Studies, and through a research that she does for Doctorate at Queen Mary’s College. Ms. Flora is assisted by 12 staffs to help the children.
